Description
Mase Genset 400 Amp DC Welder with 115/230/400V AC Generator. The machine is equipped with a powerful 25HP 3-Cyl diesel KUBOTA Water-cooled engine that incorporates an Automatic Shutdown Protection System, auto idling as standard.The MW 15/400 I-K has been designed to meet requirements of customers requiring high quality professional welding equipment. Benefits include the use of an asynchronous brushless alternator which delivers the versatility of stepless current regulation, MIG / TIG / Carbon Arc gouging and vertical down welding, Increased reliability and efficiency ensures greater welding capacity and smooth waveform resulting in a very low harmonic distortion.

The KUBOTA 3-Cylinder Water-Cooled engine offers numerous advantages over the conventional 2-Cylinder air cooled engines including lower vibration, lower noise, less fuel consumption and lower maintenance costs. Another important advantage is the performance, as this Kubota engine delivers improved load taking and power release.
Finally, as result of EU 2016/1628 (effective 01.01.09) which deals with engine exhaust emissions many of the traditional 400 Amp machines fitted with 2-Cylinder Air Cooled engines are now not compliant. Our machine fitted with the KUBOTA D1105-E is fully compliant to the new regulations.
